We Ship eligible items in accordance with Texas and federal law. Some items sold in-store may not be eligible for shipment.

• Restricted Items: Certain items may be in-store pickup only and not available for shipping.

• Jewelry, Coins, & Merchandise: Eligible non-regulated items may be shipped within the United States.

• Once an item is delivered and confirmed by the carrier, Damron’s Pawn is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

• Valid government-issued photo ID is required for pickup.
