Refund Policy

All sales are final. Damron’s Pawn does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Items are sold as-is and as-described. Customers are responsible for inspecting merchandise and asking questions prior to purchase. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed.

No refunds will be issued for buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchases, pricing changes, or condition disputes discovered after the sale.

Firearms, ammunition, jewelry, precious metals, electronics, and all other merchandise are subject to this policy and applicable Texas and federal law.

Damron’s Pawn reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request.

This policy does not affect any rights that cannot be waived under Texas law.
